Dr. Machiniba Sylvia Sathekge is an experienced professional with over 20 years in Business and ICT, holding strategic senior positions in various industries. She excels in bringing out the best in people, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and is known for strategic and innovative thinking. With a Doctoral Degree and two Masters degrees, she holds extensive academic and professional qualifications in Business, Management, and Information Technology.

Dr Nkosi is GM for ICT products, partnerships and capabilities in MTN Business, responsible for strategy formulation and execution within the top 6 markets in Africa. He guides all aspects of the Products and Capability business unit by identifying gaps and opportunities for portfolio expansion, through in-house build, partnerships and acquisitions. An experienced leader who brings sales and technical expertise from the various functions he has performed in the past. In his previous function, he was tasked with leading a team of solution experts in Digital Platforms to deliver over R1B of Net New revenue across multiple technologies i.e. Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, RPA, Data Insights and Intelligence, Software Development, System Integration, AiOps, Payroll, Retail Applications, IoT, Municipality Solutions and Octane/ Petroleum solutions.
